What will Heaven be like?
Do you envision Heaven to be a lazy place to relax upon cloud-like couches. You may think that the pleasures of Earth may be more fulfilling, including sinfulness. What we don’t understand is that Heaven will be the new frontier that will hold purposeful adventure and will last for an exciting eternity. We will sing melodious music, perhaps in key’s never before heard and praise God in ways we may have never imagined. Passionately we will use our God given skills. The bible teaches that we will be with our loved ones who have accepted Jesus Christ. Our relationships will be fathomless and perfect.
A Glimpse Into Heaven Revelation 22 (New International Version) Verse 1
1: Then the angel showed me the river of the water of life, as clear as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb 2: down the middle of the great street of the city. On each side of the river stood the tree of life, bearing twelve crops of fruit, yielding its fruit every month. And the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations. 3No longer will there be any curse. The throne of God and of the Lamb will be in the city, and his servants will serve him. 4They will see his face, and his name will be on their foreheads. 5There will be no more night. They will not need the light of a lamp or the light of the sun, for the Lord God will give them light. And they will reign for ever and ever. 6The angel said to me, "These words are trustworthy and true. The Lord, the God of the spirits of the prophets, sent his angel to show his servants the things that must soon take place."

What must I do to be saved?
1) Accept that Jesus, the son of God, died on the cross in your place because of your sins. Believe that he rose again to rule in Heaven with God the father and that we the believers will join him in paradise.
2) Admit you have fallen short as an imperfect human being and repent of your sins to Jesus.
3) Proclaim to Jesus that he is the lord of your life and accept him into your heart. Now the Holy spirit lives with in you.
What next?
You must daily put on the armor of God to stay in his will and avoid sin. Become a part of a church so that you will be accountable to the body of Christ, even if you don‘t feel God‘s presence at a congregation you are still planting seeds in your own life and paying respect to God and his children. If you are diligent, a sinful life will seem disgusting to you as you learn that sin is a twisted desire. Daily seek God’s will by studying the Bible, praying continually and seeking Godly council when appropriate. Many Christians who are truly saved allow themselves to be over come by sin, by deliberately making a wrong choice or foolishly putting themselves in a situation that would lead to temptation. These Christians are saved no matter what, yet will forfeit potential rewards in heaven and pay the earthly consequences because they disrespected God and harmed their fellow man with their sin.
Pray that God reveals to you his ultimate purpose for your life. That you work diligently and use your skills to glorify God and bring joy into the world. Think of all you do in the scope of eternity. Daily focus on the gifts that God has given us such as “The Holiday’s”, a good cup of coffee, a magical sunrise or the golden leaves of autumn.
God bless and journey onward with passion!
